The best part? We’re a true no-contract gym. We offer several membership levels with convenient payment options, including payroll deduction for Cape Fear Valley Health employees.
If you need to leave, we’ll miss you, but you can give notice to cancel your membership at any time. There are no high-pressure sales tactics or long-term contracts.
