We care for a broad range of patients with a wide spectrum of pulmonary diseases. Our clinics utilize multidisciplinary expertise to take care of our patients. We collaborate with other medical sub-specialists in cardiology, allergy, gastroenterology, radiology, oncology, pulmonary rehab and sleep medicine to care for our patients.

Our team comprised of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and respiratory therapists work closely with local durable medical equipment companies to provide quick prompt access to oxygen, c-pap machines, nebulizers and other medical equipment.

Our Approach to Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine

Our providers meet with every patient and tailor a treatment plan specifically for each patient. They do this by reviewing past images and medical records, and may order additional test for diagnostic evaluation such as a pulmonary function test, follow-up computerized tomography (CT scans), X-rays and lab work to determine the patients’ needs.

Your first appointment will be a routine consultation visit with one our providers. There will be no tests performed on this day. On the day of the appointment, a provider will review the case and come up with a treatment plan tailored to you. Common next steps include:

  • pulmonary function test
  • follow-up CT scan
  • X-ray
  • lab work for further diagnostic intervention

At the conclusion of the appointment, the patient and caregiving team will review the follow-up plan and schedule any upcoming appointments. At each follow-up appointment, your provider will review your medications, current symptoms, discuss recent test results, and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

Your Care Team

Your care team may include interventional pulmonologists, interventional radiologists, and others.

Your team will meet regularly, bringing together their shared expertise to drive your care. This also ensures your whole team is on the same page. So, whenever you see any provider, they’ll focus on your immediate needs — rather than getting up to speed on your care plan.

Your team will also work closely with local durable medical equipment (DME) companies to provide quick prompt access to oxygen, c-pap machines, nebulizers, and other medical equipment.
