Your primary care physician will refer you to one of our neurologists. At the first consultation, we will do the following:

• Understand your symptoms and reason for the appointment
• Order specific tests depending on the condition
• Evaluation
• Discuss initial diagnosis and next steps

Patients return for follow-up visits or may be referred to other healthcare specialists, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, or neurosurgeons.

Referrals

All New Patients must be referred to our practice as we are a referral-based clinic. All referrals are reviewed prior to scheduling by our physicians.

• Previous treatments or therapies
