Thank you for your interest in the Cape Fear Valley Kids with Diabetes summer camp!
Cape Fear Valley Kids with Diabetes is a non-profit group that was founded in 2008. Our goal is to help children achieve optimal health through diabetes education, resources, and support. We serve children with diabetes and their families, caregivers, and support systems.
We sponsor the only diabetes camp in Cumberland and surrounding counties. At camp, children participate in traditional camp activities, connect with other children who have diabetes, and learn skills to help them manage diabetes successfully.
We are extremely excited to have you join us for the 2025 Diabetes Adventure Camp this year! We hope your experience will leave you with new friends, many smiles and great memories!
Camp Rockfish has hosted our event since the beginning and has a plethora of fun and exciting activities for everyone to enjoy!

Dates:
June 19th - 22nd, 2025
- DROP OFF: 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 19th
- PICK UP: 12 p.m. on Sunday, June 22rd (There will be a charge of $1.00 for every minute late)

We will not accept applications turned in after June 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
There will be a head lice check at registration.
***Children found to have live head lice will not be able to stay at camp Friday night. Parents/Guardians should treat their child immediately and return him/her to camp the next day.
Here you will find a supply list. Bringing all items on the list should ensure your child to have a comfortable stay at Diabetes Adventure Camp 2025.
