Aquatics at HealthPlex

HealthPlex is Fayetteville's largest and most comprehensive fitness and wellness center. This means members can benefit not just from the pool facilities, but also from a holistic approach to health and fitness. With both a 25-yard Lap lap Pool pool and a warm-water water Therapy therapy pool, members have a range of aquatic activities to choose from, from recreational swimming to therapeutic sessions.

The Warm warm-Water water Therapy therapy Pool pool is designed specifically for physical therapy sessions and specialized group exercise classes, offering therapeutic benefits for those with chronic conditions or injuries. We offer classes tailored for those with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, back pain, and joint replacement. These classes focus on strength, coordination, balance, posture, and range range-of- motion exercises.

HealthPlex's pool isn't just for the serious swimmer or fitness enthusiast. Family swim time offers an opportunity for the whole family to have fun and bond. With a family locker Room room located adjacent to the front desk, HealthPlex ensures that families with younger children have a comfortable and convenient space to prepare for their swim.

We offer basic-level classes for those wanting low-intensity exercises. Hydro power and deep-water fitness classes are also available. Everyone can find a fit, no matter their fitness level or goals. We also prioritize our members' safety and hygiene. HealthPlex has specific rules for children accessing the pool, and approved children’s flotation devices are available. Before swimming, pre-pool showers are encouraged for all members. The pool at HealthPlex stands out for its comprehensive wellness approach, specialized facilities, and diverse classes.
