On a daily basis you provide services to the patients of Cape Fear Valley. At Employee Health we provide services to you. We pride ourselves in administering efficient and compassionate care to our employees.

Employee Health is a unique and specialized practice that supports the Health Center both with medical and preventive care. Practice guidelines are taken from Nursing Practice, CDC, Joint Commission, OSHA, ADA, DOT, and FMLA.

The goals of this department are to protect and promote the health and safety of our employees, our organization, and our affiliated companies. We strive to provide the highest quality of services to our customers, to incorporate quality principles in all that we do.

Our services include preventive measures such as immunizations, pre-employment examinations, annual evaluations respiratory fit testing, audiograms, vision and medical screenings. Employee Health appraises and report environmental health hazards to appropriate department management as an aid in preventing and controlling health risks.

Injured on the job we are here to help we provide assessment, treatment and case management for our employees injured during hours of work. Services are provided to ensure we handle bloodborne pathogen exposure ensuring you receive the best care. Our priority is you! We strive to ensure every visit to our office is treated within a timely, professional friendly and courteous manner.
